Continuing from my previous Blog entry, the rest of Day #3 was not as dark and somber as the morning. We hit the road as the skies were clearing and found some nice locations which provided some very tasteful photography conditions. Watch the video, check out part of what we saw and feel free to leave a comment if you wish. Thank you for watching. See you next time! -Mario

So, things have been ridiculously busy on my end and had to put the VideoBlog editing on hold for a little bit. Well, I'm back and here is what happened on day #3, ...well, part of it anyway. We're still in North Dakota, checking out locations for future photography workshops and on this day, we intended to not only check out and shoot at this particular location, but also add a human element to the scene through character-driven model photography. Unfortunately, the location was far beyond destroyed and wasn't what I expected it to be for this specific character. It simply would not have worked for what I had in mind, so I decided to pass on that particular point. We did explore the location as safely as we could and got a pretty good idea of what could and could not be done in regards to a workshop there. It was a good experience overall and I'm glad we were able to visit it. Check out the video which includes a bit of history on the location itself. Enjoy and hope you stay tuned for the follow-up clip on the rest of the day. Thank you for watching! -Mario |
