So here's part 2 of our 2nd day in the northern plains as we scout locations for photography workshops. Ran into a few setbacks as some of the locations in our target list no longer existed. I suppose that's part of 'the game' when you're dealing with old structures. They only stay old for so long before they either collapse or are demolished. We did come across a number of interesting sites along the way. North Dakota is so full of interesting, mysterious and beautiful landscapes, it's pretty hard to go far without running into something fascinating. In any event, check out the clip below and hope you enjoy it. Thank you again for watching and I'll see you next time. -Mario

It's a new day with new things to see and photograph. Here's the beginning to day #2 of the North Dakota location scouting trek. Thank you for watching. See you on my next installment! -Mario So here's the 2nd location for the day. It really is a beautiful area but the mosquitos (yes, even at this time of year) were relentless and not even the repellents were effective enough. Ughh! In any case, we had a great time and were able to locate, secure and photograph this location and many of the interesting things that it had. Here's a clip with a brief account and images of what I was able to see and do. Thank you again for watching and reading my blog. More to come in the next several days. See you next time! -Mario We made it unto our 1st location. It's an interesting place with lots of potential for different purposes. Watch the clip and enjoy the images. Thank you for watching & checking out my blog. Stay tuned for more updates. -Mario We made it to our 1st destination..! More to follow. Stay tuned! -Mario So, thinking ahead for 2017 and plans for future teaching workshops, I find myself along with a group a partners, heading to the northern plains on a location scouting trek. I'm trying to keep things relatively simple as I document this excursion and give you all a glimpse on what I'm seeing while out this way. Check it out and stay tuned for more updates. -Mario |
